She is obsessed with and addicted to American Idol; she auditioned for season 10 and plans to audition again this summer. Her goal in life is to be a famous musician and tour the country. Her favorite artists include Daughtry, OneRepublic, Jason Mraz, Maroon 5, David Cook, The Fray, and James Morrison. Her other hobbies are speaking English correctly and showing off her rad dancing skills. Her two favorite material possessions are her car, Simon (named after Simon Cowell, duh) and her lifetime membership.

Vivien Lee, public relations
Vivien Lee is a junior at THS and is on her second year as part of the Independent staff. She loves painting, eating, sleeping, and not studying (much to her parents’ disappointment). However, due to a crammed schedule, she can only enjoy her interests in moderation. Vivien is PR in NAHS, a captain of the Synchronized Swim Team, a chair in Project Lead, and plans to join NHS. She hasn’t thought much about her future, but she is ready to get out of Michigan and go anywhere that isn’t the middle of nowhere. She frequently shows symptoms of the following diseases: writer’s block, forgetfulness, item misplacement, and corny humor.
